Nancy was born in Buffalo NY and grew up in Lancaster NY where she graduated from high school. She graduated from Buffalo State with a teaching degree. Nancy was a resident of Clarence Center NY (27 years) and Bolivar NY (23 years) before moving to Rochester in 2009. In addition to her profession of teaching, Nancy enjoyed bicycling, hiking, and traveling with family and friends. She was a member of several Bolivar area organizations including St. Mary’s Altar and Rosary Society, Home Bureau, Garden Club, Lioness Club, and the Red Hat Society. Always interested in politics, Nancy also served for many years as an Election Inspector. While her children remember her sewing, baking, and homemaking talents, Nancy enjoyed drawing and her work was selected for the online art gallery sponsored by the LeadingAge NY. Nancy was also a loving owner of her cat Sweetpea for 20 years. Nancy left the world a better and more loving place for her 84 years.

The family would like to offer their heartfelt thanks to Mimi’s Blessed Angels and the staff of the Episcopal Senior Life Communities for their loving care of our mother.
