Jeffrey E. Roat
Rochester: Passed away on November 19, 2022 at age 60. He is predeceased by his parents, Claude and Marjorie Roat and niece, Morgan Taylor. Survived by his brothers, Tom (Mary) and Andy; sisters, Judy (Mike) Donnelly and Chris (Dan) Taylor, nieces, nephews and cousins.
