Francis A. “Frank” Bindert

Frank Bindert, born November 11, 1932, died peacefully on February 12, 2023. Survived by wife of 62 years, Ann, and their children Michael (Kelly), John (Maria), James (Kelly), Dan (Yolanda), Beth (Tim) Poland and David (Heather) plus nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Frank graduated from Holy Apostle School, Aquinas Institute Class of 1950 and University of Buffalo School of Pharmacy 1954. He served in the U.S. Army 1955 to 1957.
He practiced pharmacy at Genesee Hospital (where he met Ann, a nurse) and later worked at, then owned Pickles Pharmacy for many years.
He enjoyed boating on Canandaigua Lake, annual vacations in Nassau, Bahamas for 30 years, and spending time with his family.
Frank’s funeral mass will be celebrated Friday, May 19th at 11AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 26 Mendon-Ionia Road, Mendon, NY. No calling hours at his request.
