David King Bullock “Dave”

Irondequoit – Passed away after a short and furious battle with cancer on July 24, 2023, at age 65. He was predeceased by his parents, Jerald “Jed” and Barbara Bullock. He is survived by his loving wife, Laurie Welker Bullock; children, Matthew (Katie) and Morgan “Boss” Welker, Stacey Irwin, Jason Pascarella and Chuck (Stephanie) Hink; sisters, Julie Bullock, Lynne Stevens and Kay Polis; along with nieces, cousins, many close friends and neighbors, and his Brittany Spaniels. Dave was happiest surrounded by family and friends.

Dave was a life-long resident of Irondequoit enjoying his home near the shores of Lake Ontario for more than 40 years. He was an avid sportsman shooting skeet and hunting pheasant with field dogs. Dave belonged to the Central Game Preserve, Outlet Rod & Gun Club, Four Point Rod & Gun Club and Williamson Conservation & Sporting Club. Dave attended Heidelberg University. His early career spanned 25 plus years at Kodak. In his later years, Dave excelled as a Sales Director, Sales Trainer, Business Development Manager, personal mentor and life coach.

A Celebration of Dave’s Life and the “Gratitude Party” Dave was planning will be held on August 19th from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at Outlet Rod & Gun Club, 3202 Atlantic Ave, Penfield, NY 14526.  Further details and times will be posted here once finalized.
