I was so sorry to hear about Brad's passing. I first met Bard back in 2015 while working the youth camps at the former New York Wine and Culinary Center, and we quickly became friends. He always displayed his passion for not only culinary but teaching and developing the next group of professionals. I know that he will be missed my many, but his legacy will live on for years to come.

I am so sorry for your loss. I was an old student of his from WTCC and I am forever thankful and grateful for all that he did while he was an amazing teacher and had me fall in love with the love and passion for food. Prayers go out to his family and friends.

I’ve always know Gina as chef. Someone who encourages everyone to do there best and never give up. I had the pleasure of being one of his first students that he taught. He always taught and cooked with such passion. He will forever be my favorite teacher in the whole world. Chef once said never be afraid to try and from that point on I always gave everything I did 110%. It was because of chef I won my first competition at skills USA. Even though I didn’t come in first he said he had never been more proud. I know things happen for a reason and whatever this reason is I have to say it has to be one of the most devastating reasons. My deepest condolences to his family. I’m so sorry for your loss. Chef was a phenomenal person.

Brad really meant the world to our daughter, he kept in touch with her when she went off to culinary school and then when she got sick he came to see her often and even brought us dinner. His friendship to her and us is something that we will never forget. I hope that they are having a great time cooking together.
