Charlotte J. Bowles (Decker)

Victor – On September 16, 2023 at age 78. She is predeceased by her husband, Lee. Charlotte is survived by her sons, Tom and John Bowles; sister, Beverly (Terry) Blum; niece and nephew.

Family and friends may call at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services of Victor, 301 W. Main Street, Victor, on Thursday, September 21, 2023 from 10AM – Noon. Her graveside service will follow at White Haven Memorial Park, 210 Marsh Road, Pittsford. There will not be a procession to the cemetery; we will be meeting at the entrance to White Haven Memorial Park after calling hours. Those wishing to make a donation in Charlotte’s memory may do so to Lollypop Farm.
