Julie F. Bullock

Morgantown, WV: Passed away unexpectedly on September 15, 2023, at age 63. She was predeceased by her mother, Barbara Bishop Bullock in 2019; her father, Jerald David Bullock in 2021; and recently, her brother, David King Bullock on July 24, 2023. She is survived by her sister-in-law, Laurie Welker Bullock; nephew and niece, Matthew (Katie) and Morgan Welker; cousins and dear friends.

Julie was a 1978 graduate of Irondequoit High School. She attended college in West Virginia receiving her bachelor’s degree. After college, Julie made her home in Morgantown, West Virginia.

A brief Graveside Service will be held on Friday, September 22nd, at 10AM at the Irondequoit Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Stroke Association (www.stroke.org) in her memory.
