Thomas Robert Dean

Bloomfield – Formerly of Rochester, passed away peacefully on September 23, 2023 at age 86. He is predeceased by his son, Robert; and brother, Tommy Dean. Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 63 years, Patricia; children, Linda Sewruk, David DiMino, William Dean, Richard (Kelly) Dean, Mark Dean, April (Steve) Lathrop, Deborah (Jim) Brague and Christopher (Krissie) DiMeno; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Diane Moroz, Suzanne (Mike) Wicker, Betsy Ansley, Mary Beth Williams, James Dean, Georgianna Brennan and Anna (Larry) Lomax; many nieces and nephews.

Anyone who met him knew Tom was quite the character. He spent 32 years serving as a Police Officer for the Maple Section of the Rochester Police Department, which gave him plenty of interesting stories to tell over the years. While he was proud to serve his city, he was most passionate for anything with an engine. Running a shop out of their garage, going to the auction to look for new cars, and occasionally cruising around on his Harley. He spent almost 63 years with his beloved wife Pat, helping create a large family full of love, wild adventures, and a lifetime of entertaining moments that will live on for years to come. Tom will be greatly missed by all those within his circle.
