Cathryn Thomas passed away suddenly on Sept. 22, 2023. Her family, friends and colleagues will miss her vivacious personality, embrace of life and drive to help others, along with her constant smile and will-do outlook.

Cathie is survived by her husband, Michael Dickinson; her brothers, Douglas (Ola Mae) and Gregory Thomas (Stephanie); and sister, Cynthia; as well as Susan Bonczek, Alan Dickinson (Judy), Sandra Ragonese, nieces and nephews; and her best friend for many decades, Carol Acker.

Cathie was predeceased by her mother, Nancy Thomas, and father, Donald Thomas.

Cathie worked in local government for 14,446-day span, retiring recently from her post as Village Administrator of East Aurora, NY. She was elected to six two-year terms as Webster, NY Town Supervisor after serving as Webster Town Clerk. She also served as leader in the City of New Castle, DE; Borough of Stroudsburg, PA; and New Hope, PA.

Friends are invited to a Celebration of Life from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM on October 9, 2023, at Liberty Lodge, 850 Maple Drive, Webster, NY. Remembrances to start at 1 p.m.
