On October 16, 2023 at age 94. Predeceased by his wife Teresa Frediani; siblings, Jean Duemmel, Mary Allocco & Louie Frediani.

He is survived by his son, Richard (Jennifer) Frediani; daughters, Patti Frediani, Nancy (Sam) Coddington, Paula (Bill) Congdon and Kristine (Patrick) Perno; 5 grandchildren, Catherine (John) Carroll, Lauren Frediani, Elizabeth Frediani, Jessica (Ricky) Simonds and Billy (Cory) Congdon; 5 great-grandchildren, Isabella, Jacob, Mia, Ava and Kya; longtime companion, Marylou Sponn; several nephews.

Richard’s Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 25 at 9:30 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church (3003 Dewey Avenue Rochester, NY 14616). Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
