On October 22, Dylan was called home into the arms of the Lord.

He was predeceased by his grandfather, Henry W. Adukonis.

He is survived by his devoted parents, Glenn and Maria Clark; his loving sisters, Chloe (Cody) Kay and Lily Michele Clark; nephew, Colton Henry Douglas Clark; grandparents, Yvonne Adukonis and Anne & Norman Clark; aunts and uncles, Gail (Fred) O’Sullivan, Marcia (Greg) Rose, Michelle (Frank) SanServo, Shawn (Melissa) Clark, Kristen (John) Owens and Chad (Katie) Clark; many beloved cousins.

Dylan was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts where he lived until his family moved to Upstate New York when he was two. After a few years in Syracuse his family moved to the Village of Honeoye Falls. He made countless memories with neighborhood friends on the back trails by the creek, in backyard swimming pools, or right out on the sidewalk skateboarding or scootering until the sun set and the street lights came on. By far his best friend was his beloved other half, his devoted older sister Chloe. He wasn’t just Dylan and she wasn’t just Chloe, they were one entity, Chloe & Dylan. When his younger sister Lily was born he adored her, always at the ready to be mother’s helper. Nothing brought Dylan greater joy than the simple pleasures of life; friends, family, a walk in the woods, his pets…the best things. Some of his favorite times were the annual summer trips to Massachusetts to visit his Nonna and cousins spending time at Scusset Beach, visiting his Gramma & Grampa and family in South Carolina, and stopping in to visit family in Holland Patent. His passion was music and he was a talented musician who played trumpet, piano, and guitar. His favorite band was Guns N’ Roses. He found great comfort in nature and enjoyed hiking, fishing, snowboarding, skateboarding, and spending time in the woods or at the beach. Dylan was known for his smile, good nature, and gentle spirit. Beloved by so many. He will be deeply missed.

Family and friends are invited to call on THURSDAY, October 26, 2023 from 4-8 PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services (3325 Winton Rd S. Rochester, NY 14623). Dylan’s funeral service will be celebrated on SATURDAY, October 28, 2023 at 10 AM at St. Paul of the Cross (37 Monroe St., Honeoye Falls NY 14472).
