Mary E (Willis) Decker

The Lord received our angel on October 22, 2023, at age of 96 in Canandaigua, NY.  Preceded in death by her loving husband of 41 years, George F Decker; her parents, Milo Willis and Marion (nee Cowan) Morgan, step father, Joseph Morgan; sisters, Ruth Schmidt and Louise Garrett.

Survived by her children,  George E Decker, Susan (Joseph) Lattuca, Jane Bonnett, Pamela Decker, Linda (Daniel) Sharkey, Valerie (Mark) Hill;  Grandchildren, Christine Seadeek, Melissa Werth, Stefen Sharkey, Jonathon Sharkey, Michelle Bonnett, Adam Hill, Carol Niccum, Kevin Hill, Diane Hill;  Great-grandchildren, Lily, Holly, Aiden, Jaxon, Kaden, Clay; Many Nieces and Nephews; and her Special Fur Babies, Mr. Freddie and Ms. Sammy.

Mary was born in Rochester, NY December 18, 1926 and united in marriage to the love of her life George F. Decker August 18, 1951.  Mary was a retired greenhouse worker for Stefan’s Nurseries in Fairport and later for D.S. George Nurseries in Penfield until retirement in 2000.  She loved gardening and her pets.

Family will receive friends on Wednesday, November 1st from 4-6 PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services of Victor, 301 West Main Street, Victor, NY.  Private Interment in Rose Ridge Cemetery, Naples, NY.

A celebration of life will be held in Mary’s honor on Saturday, November 11 from 1-4 PM at the Palmyra Bowling Center, 110 Cuyler St, Palmyra, NY 14522.
