Reverend Carl Dean Ingram. Carl was Born December 5th, 1954, and passed away January 3rd, 2024.

Predeceased by his mother, Nannie Ingram, and father, Jesse Ingram, Brother James D. Parker Sr. and Sister Sarah L. Ingram. Survived by his loving husband Joseph C. Winch Junior, son and daughter in his heart, Trevor J. Newton and Melissa N. Ingram, grandson’s in his heart Emmanuel, and Charles. His sister’s Jeane, Rosina, Eugenia DuProspero, and brothers Jesse, James, and Anthony Ingram, and a very large family consisting of many nephews, nieces, and many friends all around.
