It is with deepest grief and regret we inform you that our beloved Smt. Amrit Anand passed away peacefully on January 6, 2024 in Rochester, NY USA surrounded by her beloved family.

She was preceded by her husband Amar Nath Anand. She is survived by her son, Rajeev (Eakta) Anand, and daughters: Aarti (Rajesh) Mehrotra, Neelam Batra, Sunita (Gulshan) Trikha, as well as grandchildren: Dimple, Gautam, Sumeet, Kavita, Kapil, Anubhav, Anuragh, Geeta, Girish and Sunny and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Badi Mama Ji lived a beautiful and fulfilling life, sprinkled with kindness, laughter, and moments of genuine joy. Her days were marked by the love she shared, the smiles she brought, and the countless happy memories she created, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and positivity that will forever be a source of inspiration for those who were fortunate enough to know her.
