Beverly J. Day passed away peacefully on her 93rd birthday, February 2, 2024.

She was predeceased by her parents, Peter and Emily DeWind; brothers, Rodney and Robert DeWind; and her sisters: Evelyn Conley, Barbara Exner, Jean Pratt and Sandy Passamonte.

She will be deeply missed by her children: Steven (Gay) Day, Randy (Colleen) Day, Jeffrey (Maureen) Day, Scott (Cathy) Day, and Donna (Eryl) Christiansen; her 14 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

Beverly was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother who treasured those roles. Her family was her greatest pride. Known for her joyful spirit and radiant smile, she touched and enriched the lives of many.

After retiring from 28 years with Wegmans, Beverly became an active member of the Henrietta Senior Center, and enjoyed spending time playing bocce ball, having coffees with dear friends, and playing cards.

Celebration of life to be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 17, 2024, at Solid Rock Church, formerly known as the Brighton Presbyterian Church, located at 1775 East Ave. Rochester, NY 14610.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Henrietta Senior Center.

The family would like to personally thank her wonderful caregivers, Tamisha Day, Marion Small, Kayla Crews, Oniaja Lovejoy-Pettis, and Jimeesha Williams.
