Bill, we are so sad to hear this news. Kathy was a great neighbor (Leander Creek), and friend at church. She always had a smile on her face and always asked about our grandkids. We are sending you our prayers for peace and strength.

What I learned from my Mom... - She brought light into our family. - She was our moral compass. - She was fair and fun, but also didn't let us step out of line. - She had endless love and patience for two teenage girls. -She rarely lost her temper. (Though I did get the "I hope you have a child just like you so you know") ☺️ -She was always there when you needed her. Her faith kept her strong, and she had a desire to share that. Even though this last trying year, her faith never waivered. She knew God would heal her. Mom will be missed, but now, once again, she can dance.

A photo of myself at 3 years old with my loving grandmother at one of my favorite places as a kid, my grandparents' home ("the camp") on Chaumont Bay, Chaumont, NY.

Momma, You were perfect. I'm so thankful for all the years I got to spend with you, for you've left me with so many amazing memories. Thank you for loving me unconditionally - even when I was a bit unconventional (loud, high-energy, clumsy) you made me feel accepted. Thank you for being so wonderfully you. Until we meet again, my sweet Momma...."sweet dreams".
