It is with great sadness that the family of Ricky L. Shick announces his passing on Monday February 26th, 2024 after a long battle with illness. He was surrounded by immediate family and supported by his aunts, Wendy Wyant and Pam Crissman. He is survived by his parents, Richard A and Madonna M. Shick, sister Lesa Chudyk, brother in law Robert Chudyk, brothers Charles Shick and Michael Shick, nieces Carley Van Horn and Meagan Shick, nephew Andrew Shick.
He was a proud dog dad to Annie Mae (2010 – 2021) and Punxy (2022 – ____). He will now be able to run with Annie Mae in the park.
Ricky served his country as a Navy submariner on the USS Buffalo (1983- 1989). He retired from Xerox Corporation after many decades as a service technician.
If you had the honor of meeting or knowing Ricky, you would know what a kind soul he was.
