Ronald F. Joy of Victor, passed away on April 13, 2024. Survived by his wife of 39 years, Marcia; children: Ron Jr. (Karen) Joy, Bonnie (Rudi) Scherff, Gidget Joy, and Darlene (Christopher) Ahearn; six grandchildren: Jessica (Dan) Padover, Joshua, Rudi Jr., Sami, Christopher and Camron; three great-grandchildren; sister, Linda (Tom) Callen, as well as nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.

Ron’s true joy in life came from spending time with his family. Whether it was teaching his children and grandchildren how to swim, fish, or simply enjoying peaceful moments at the lake, his family was always at the center of his world. He was a dedicated teacher in the Rochester City School District for many years and a proud U.S. Air Force Veteran. He will be truly missed by all.
