Johnny Chit-Fong Lynn passed peacefully in his home on August 15, 2024, at the age of 80.

Predeceased by his parents, John B. Lynn and Hung Yuk-Ngor; and brother, Jackson Lynn. Survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Shirley; and his siblings: Esther (Lui Kee) Lynn, Rebecca Lynn, Jane (Daniel Dew) Lynn, Joseph (Ruth Gu) Lynn, Mary (Jeff Lee) Lynn and Elizabeth (Simon Pan) Lynn.

Johnny received his master’s degree from the University of Windsor in Ontario, Canada. He spent his career as a Medical Technologist, retiring from Strong Memorial Hospital in 2008. He found great joy in serving at the Rochester Chinese Christian Church and loved the students.

Known for his generous heart, Johnny will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
