Lee Correne Fuller (Chaney)

Passed away on August 19, 2024 at age 97. Correne is predeceased by her loving husband of 72 years, Earl Fuller; parents, Homer and Dora Chaney; siblings, Kathleen Alberts, Don Chaney and Marvin Huffman.

She is survived by her daughter, Karen Ayres; son, Gregory (Mary Anne) Fuller; daughter, Linda Fuller-Durfee (Arthur Durfee); Sandra (Mark) Biancofiore, 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Correne met her husband, Earl in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. They dated, danced at the “gables”, and married in 1948. There are fond memories of family Holidays, picnics at Conesus Lake, visits to Lollipop Farm, shopping and going out to dinner. Correne also loved to play golf with her husband, Earl and friends. The family were members of Westminster Presbyterian Church in the city’s 19th Ward.

Family and friends are invited to call on Thursday, August 22nd from 12-1 PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, 3325 Winton Road South, where a service will follow at 1PM in the Interfaith Chapel of the funeral home.
