Thomas passed away on August 27, 2024. He is survived by his wife of 57 years Ellen; children Timothy (Debra) Frost, Linda (Scott) Cervenka; grandchildren Taylor and Joshua; sister Betty Frost; brother Richard (Connie) Frost; sister-in-law Marcie Hax; and nieces and nephews, Kimberly, Richie, Kelsy, and Zachary.

A memorial service will be held August 30, 2024, at Miller Funeral and Cremation of Victor (301 West Main Street) at 9:30 AM.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Rochester Parkinson Network or American Heart Association.
