Pat is survived by her daughter, Suzette Zientarski; grandchildren, Leah and Laura; great-grandchildren: Adam and Evan Forero, Antonio Backus and Maddison Moore; siblings, Mary Sue Jason, Donna Prepechjal, Michael Barnes, Christy Barnes, Roseanne Barnes and Thomas Barnes.

Predeceased by her parents; Suzette’s father, Joseph Zientarski; and sister Sheila Winkler.

Pat was a Paramedic for the Chicago, IL Fire Department from 1980 until 2007, when she retired to Rochester, NY.
She enjoyed crafting, doing everything from jewelry making to sewing. Pat was an animal lover who shared her home with many beloved pets over the years.
