1945 - 2025
John Perry Smith passed away on January 8, 2025. He is predeceased by his parents Frank, Anna Margaret; brother Bill; and sister Marion.
He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years Franlee; children Christopher, Matthew, and Elizabeth.
A celebration of John’s life will be held at the Rochester Academy of Medicine, 1441 East Ave. in Rochester on March 22, 2025
from 1-4 p.m. All are welcome.
