January 16, 2025 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s, Roland lost his fight. Predeceased by his parents, Fritz and Nelly; wife, Maria; daughter, Erika; brother, Sigfried. Survived by his children, Ingrid (Mike Perrin) Zimmermann, Werner (Colleen) and Dieter. Grandchildren, Courtney (Isaac) Steinhaus, Nikki (Matt Webster) Zimmermann, James (Jackie Giacovelli) Zimmermann, Jakob Zaffer, Maria Zaffer; Anna Zimmermann; sister in-law, Wilma Zimmermann; nieces, nephews and friends.
