Newman R. “Ray” Brown

Victor, Formerly of Pittsford, on June 8, 2025 at age 90. Ray is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Dianne; children, Allison (Terry) Canade, Newman Raymond Brown, III “Ray” (Leslie) and Nicholas (Christy) Brown; grandchildren, Benjamin Canade, Elizabeth “Ellie” (Christopher) Baird, Spencer, Mirin, Grace, Ella Rae and Molly Brown; and great-granddaughter, Poppy Baird.

A Memorial Jazz Concert will be held at the First Presbyterian Church of Pittsford in the Fall of 2025 and will be open to the public. A date and time will be announced at a later date. In lieu of flowers, kindly consider donations to the Greater Rochester Habitat for Humanity or First Presbyterian Church of Pittsford in Ray’s name.
