Martin J. Cook “Marty”

Pittsford:  Passed away unexpectedly on January 31, 2021 at age 75.  He was predeceased by his parents, John & Mary Cook; sisters, Geraldine “Geri” Cook and Doris Cook.  He is survived by his niece, Stacy Thompson; and his dear friends Brad and Jenny, George and Judy; and a large loving community of friends and neighbors.

Marty was a graduate of Aquinas Institute, class of 1963 and went on to the University of Notre Dame, he then went on to a successful 40-year career with Xerox from 1967 to 2007. He enjoyed his relationships with the Notre Dame Alumni Association and the Notre Dame Club of Rochester.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Blessed Sacrament Church (Oxford and Monroe) once COVID restrictions are eased. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Aquinas Institute, 1127 Dewey Ave, Rochester, NY 14613.
