Patricia A. McGrath (February 20,1963- December 16,2025)

It is with a very heavy heart that my family must share the sad news of our sweet and kind hearted sister Trish’s unexpected passing. Trish passed away peacefully in her sleep, we believe in the early hours of Tuesday, December 16. And although it was completely unexpected and has left us all with great sorrow, we find comfort in that she did not appear to have been in any distress, and that she is now in the presence of God, and reunited with her Parents Tom and Anne Mcrath, her brother Gary McGrath and her sister Mary K. McGrath .

She is survived by her brothers and sister in laws Brad (Ana) McGrath , Tom (Nancy) McGrath, Bill (Amy)McGrath and her sister and brother in law Elaine (Stu) Campbell many nephews and nieces , cousins, and friends.

Her Funeral Mass will be held Wednesday January 21, 2025 at 11AM, at St.Agnes Church , 96 Prospect St. Avon NY. Interment Avon Cemetery Avon NY.
