Unexpectedly April 13, 2026, at age 39. Ryan is survived by his loving family; parents, Kevin and Ann Phelps; daughter, Charleston R. Phelps and her mother, Amanda Phelps; sister, Elizabeth Ann (Douglas) Pardon and their children, Conor, Timothy & William Pardon.

Ryan grew up in Pittsford, NY and was a graduate of the College of Charleston. His greatest joy was being a Dad. He loved his family and friends. Ryan was a people person and loved talking with everyone. He was funny and was always so much fun to be around. He will forever be in our hearts.

Family and friends are invited to call on SUNDAY, 2-5 at Miller Funeral Home (3325 Winton Rd S, Rochester, NY 14623). Ryan’s funeral service will celebrated, MONDAY, 11 AM at Lily Brook – formerly the Sisters of Saint Joseph (150 French Rd, Rochester, NY 14618) a lunch reception will follow the funeral service.
