Daniel Murray “Dan” Logan of Rochester, passed away peacefully on May 11, 2026 at the age of 73, surrounded by the family who remained at the center of his life. He was predeceased by his parents, John and Ethel Logan and by his beloved niece, Ashley Logan Pokracki. He is survived by his devoted wife, Karyl, the love of his life; his sister, Mary Anne (Stanley) Pokracki. His children, Adam, Kayti and Zachary; grandchildren, Hailey, Jaden, Danika, Timothy, Eva, Lydia and Inogen “Minnie” and several nieces and nephews.
Dan was a man of few words and a lifetime employee of Kodak and finishing at ACM, where he dedicated many years of hard work and commitment to his career. While he was not always expressive or outwardly warm, those who knew him best understood his steadfast devotion to his family. His love was often shown more through presence, loyalty and responsibility through words. His greatest constant in life was Karyl. Their bond endured through life’s challenges, and her love and dedication never wavered. Together they built a family that remained deeply important to him. Dan will be remembered by those who loved him for the role he played in their lives.
After letting the dust settle and getting a bit of a handle on our grief from Dan’s passing…
