John Biedrzycki age 81, of Henrietta, NY, peacefully passed away on July 27, 2026.

Born on April 15, 1945, in Buffalo, New York, John was the son of the late John and Sophie Biedrzycki, brother Michael and sister Susan. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Air Force—a formative experience that instilled in him a lifelong sense of duty, honor, and integrity. Following his military service, he went on to build a fulfilling career as a Technology leader in various financial and healthcare industries.

Above all else, John built a life centered around his deepest passion, his family. He was the devoted husband of Phyllis, with whom he shared 55 wonderful, loving years of marriage, and together they raised four children.

John was a man of simple and profound pleasures. He enjoyed golf, bowling, tending to his yard, listening to music and watching his favorite Buffalo sports teams. More than anything, he cherished every moment spent surrounded by his large, loving family.

His legacy of love lives on through his beloved wife, Phyllis; his four children and their spouses, Todd (Gretchen), David (Annie), Laura (Shawn), and Dawn (Syed); his 13 cherished grandchildren; and his 5 adored great-grandchildren. He is also survived by his faithful dog, Buddy, as well as many extended family members and dear friends.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 18th at 12:00pm with a service to follow at 2:00pm at Miller Funeral Home 3325 Winton Rd S, Rochester, NY. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his memory to the Palliative Care Unit at Strong Memorial Hospital.
