Predeceased by her parents, James and Janice Hart; husband, Jim Northrup; nephew, Hal Rosensteel and her beloved dog, Cocoa.

She is survived by her loving family, daughter, Brittany (Tommy) Freeman; son, Curtis (Mackenzie Busch) Hasso; grandchildren, Giavanna, Olivia, Madelynn, Emma and T.J.; sisters, Kathy Hart and Mary Ellen (Dave) Hart-Predmore; nieces and nephews, Jimmy (Lindsey) Butler, Megan (Fabio) Rosensteel, Dawn (Chris) Davison, Ryan (Chelsea) Hart-Predmore, Sara (Cederick) Simmons, Jake Hart-Predmore; many close friends.

Our hearts are broken as we say goodbye to our loving mom and the woman a few lucky kids called Little Grandma and Grandma Cocoa . She was the heart of our family-always loving, caring, and making sure everyone around her felt special. Her love knew no bounds, and the memories she created with her children and grandchildren will be treasured forever. Though our hearts ache with her absence, we find comfort knowing she is reunited with the love of her life. Her love, laughter, and beautiful spirit will live on through all of us who were blessed to know and love her. Until we meet again, Mom, Little Grandma, Grandma Cocoa -we love you more than words could ever say.

Family and friends are invited to call WEDNESDAY, August 19, 2026 from 3-7 PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services (3325 Winton Road South, Rochester, NY 14623). Interment, private.
