Richard W. Hall

The world is a sadder place today as it has lost one of its shining stars.

Richard Hall, of Rochester, NY, passed away on September 9, 2026 at the F.F. Thompson Hospital in Canandaigua, NY.

Rick loved the rain, photographing waterfalls, music, sitting on his porch, his pup Roxy, traveling, ice cream and his sweetheart, Donna.

He is survived by his loving partner of 16 years, Donna Balmer and his sister and brother-in-law Linda and Bob Agness, who were instrumental in helping Rick and Donna to get through the past few months.

In addition, he is survived by his four other siblings, Lanny (Karen) Hall, Karen (Mike) Fedor, Kathy (Jim) Welcher, Kevin (Lisa) Hall; nieces and nephews and their children.

He is predeceased by his mother, Joan (Meminger) Hall and his brother Ray Hall.
