On September 13, 2026 at age 67. Predeceased by parents, Robert E. & Eleanor M. Gallagher; brothers, Thomas M. & Richard J. Gallagher; special companion, Maureen Rowley. Survived by brother, Timothy L. Gallagher; niece, Laura Gallagher & many dear friends.

James was a U.S. Navy Veteran serving honorably from September 1981 – September 1985. He was an avid golfer & true salt of the earth human; if you asked him how he was he would simply reply “I have everything I need.   I’m Happy as a Clam”.

Family and friends are invited to call, Sunday, September 27, 2026 from 3-6 PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services (3325 Winton Road South, Rochester, NY 14623). Funeral Mass, Monday, 9/28, 10 AM at St. Boniface Church (330 Gregory St.). Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations may be directed to the Michael J. Fox Foundation or the Parkinson’s Foundation.
