Christina Marie Reeder, age 57, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on September 19, 2026.

She is survived by her mother, Yolande Zealy, sisters, Lauren K. McCain and Kristen Csizmadia and aunt, Cynthia Coleman as well as a host of cousins and nieces.

Chrissy was born in Washington, DC on August 8, 1969. She moved to Rochester with her mother in 1973. She attended Mary Cariola Children’s Center. Eventually she moved into a group home in Fairport, NY managed by CDS Monarch  where she lived for many years. Chrissy’s favorite activities were watching Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune on TV and listening to her favorite artists, Ricky Martin and Michael Jackson.

She was a fighter who survived severe head trauma as an infant and went on to live a full life in spite of her disabilities.

Chrissy is preceded in death by her grandfather, Roland Zealy, grandmother Cynthia Woodson and father, Eric Victor Reeder.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Princeton, NJ.
