So sorry to hear of Bob's passing. My high school years are full of memories of Bob and his friends. We had a great group and all appreciated his great wit and love for life. He was a very special person, one that I will never forget. Peace and prayers my friend.

My sympathy to the family. I am sad that I lost touch with him. The last time that we were together was at an Eckl family picnic in Webster. My mother [Marie] and his father were brother and sister. As the older generation dies we loose contact. There was a seven year difference in age between us. My son worked in the meat packing company in Fairport for one summer when Bob was there. I was close to his father and went to Red Wing games with Uncle Bill, Frank and John.
