Conrad Arthur Scheg “Connie”
At age 89, passed away September 26, 2020. Predeceased by brother, Donald. He leaves behind his long time partner, Sue LeSage; children, Thomas (Susanne), Timothy (Laurie), James (Kathleen), Michael (Joelle), Suzanne (Daniel) and Mary (Carmelo); brother, Thomas; sisters, Rita, Ruth and Barbara and many nieces, nephews, grandchildren and many wonderful friends.
Conrad attended St Boniface from grades 1-8 and Aquinas Institute for High School. He joined the Army in February, 1951 and was discharged in June, 1953.
After serving in the army he went to work as an insurance agent in East Rochester, New York. He retired in 1993. Throughout Conrad‘s life, he was very involved in the Catholic Church. He, along with other close friends started the dialogue homily mass. He not only donated a lot of time to the Catholic Church but he donated to many charities. After Conrad retired he volunteered at Isaiah House -Hospice & at several hospitals wherever they needed him. We will always carry his memory in our hearts.
Friends are invited to call on Tuesday, September 29th from 4-7 PM at Miller Funeral & Cremation Services, Inc., 3325 Winton Rd. S. In observance of state mandated restrictions visitations are limited to 30 people inside at one time. Please Click Here to register for visitation.
Connie’s Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 30th at 10AM at St. Boniface Church, 330 Gregory St. Interment, Holy Ghost Cemetery. COVID-19 Guidelines must be maintained.
