Passed away on Saturday, September 26, 2020. She lived a long happy life and will be greatly missed by her family.
June was born on June 5, 1931. She was the youngest of 5 children born to Dan & Lela McDonald. June grew up on a farm in Ephrata, Washington where she learned the importance of being thrifty and not waste anything. She worked hard all her life and was a constant force of stability for those around her. June retired after many years as a legal secretary at Underberg & Kessler. She always said she felt lucky to have found a job she loved. She was a long-time member of Faith United Methodist Church in Henrietta. She loved reading, solving crossword puzzles, and watching Jeopardy.
She is predeceased by her husband, Edwin Carter and her brother Wilson McDonald. She is survived by her loving children Cindy (Betty Irwin) Livingston, Craig Livingston & Carter (Julie) Livingston & her two grandchildren Abbey Adkisson & Preston Livingston.
A celebration of June’s life will take place at a later date due to COVID-19. The family asked that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation or Faith United Methodist Church.
