Douglas A. Yantz

Holley: Passed away on July 7, 2021 at age 68. He was predeceased by his parents, Bernard & Lucile Yantz; sister, Christine Baker; brother-in-law, Jessie Rios. He is survived by his wife, Deborah Yantz; sons, David (Mandie) Yantz, Jason (Terri) Yantz; step-sons, Scott Combs, Kenneth Combs, Jerry Combs; grandchildren, Aurora, Mya, Luci, Merida, Kenneth II and Kelvin; siblings, Barbara Yantz, William (Grace) Yantz, Agnes (Charles) Switzer, Ellen Rios, Robin (Michael) Hicks, Donna (Greg) Weckesser and Joanne Jackson; many nieces, nephews and friends.

Doug was a proud 44 year employee of Wegmans Food Markets in the Commercial Bakery. He loved the outdoors, whether it was hunting, fishing or spending time in his garden. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to all.

A Celebration of his life will be held at the Brockport Veterans Club, 210 West Avenue Brockport, New York on Sunday, July 18th from 12-5 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 1120 S Goodman St, Rochester, NY 14620. Donate Online
