Passed away August 1, 2021 at age 48. predeceased by his father, Zack Johnson; brother, Bryant Phillips and sister, Delphine Johnson. survived by his mother, Joyce Johnson; grandmother, Mary Tisdale; sisters, Denise Williams & Mary Phillips; brothers, Troy Phillips, Mark Anthony Phillips & Timothy Johnson; several nieces and nephews.
