Rafflo, Jacqueline J. “Jackie” (Evans, Cicotte)
Mom left to be with our Lord on Friday, August 6th, 2021 surrounded in love by her family while her daughter Susie lay sleeping with her and her daughter Gina witnessed her last breath. While our family is deeply saddened by the loss of our Queen we will be forever grateful that she is free from her pain and suffering and is now a part of God’s promise.
Jackie is predeceased by her baby girl that she never got to hold as well as her loving husband of 42 years Lawrence “Larry” Rafflo, her parents William & Ada Evans, Brothers; Burrall Travis, Paul, Bill, Bud and Larry Evans. Sisters; Violet Dowd, June Hill, Geraldine Rogers and Jeanine Mottler as well as several Brothers and Sisters in law.
She is survived by her eight loving and dedicated children; John Cicotte, Jr, Gina Cicotte, JoAnn (Michael Speciale) Cicotte, Rick Cicotte, Joyce (Dave) Hatch, Susan (Brian) Cicotte-Manley, Maryann (Alan) Ritchotte and Michael Rafflo.
12 Grandchildren; Maria (Tom) Heagerty, Sherri Villani-Santiago, Anthony Villani, Jr, Jerremy Cicotte, Angela White, Kara (Zac Smith) Manley-Flugel, John (Heather) Manley, Sarah (Jon) Shank, Jacqueline (Kwanele) Ngobese, Grace Ritchotte, Bianca and Anthony Rafflo.
20 Great Grandchildren; Allina Santiago, Samantha, Paige and Taylor Heagerty, Brooklyn Santiago, Nicholas Santiago, Noah White, Jenna and Drew Villani, Alex Flugel, Liam, Oliver, Myles, Carbrie, Fynn, Riley, Sylas and Rosalie Manley, Genevieva and Harrison Shank.
1 Great Great Grandson; Tommy Heagerty.
Jackie also leaves behind her life long best friend and casino partner Terry Fava and her children.
In addition she was adored by her grand doggies as she always had a treat at the ready for each of them and she co-owned the most recent addition to the group (with her daughter Gina) Luca Antonio.
Jackie is also survived by a very large group of Nieces and Nephews who adored her and their time spent with her, she is often referred to as the favorite aunt which is quite an honor given the number of sisters she had. She will also be missed by the few cousins that she was fortunate enough to get back in touch with in recent years.
Needless to say, words cannot express the gaping hole left in all of our hearts due to her departure but just let it be known that she loved hard, lived hard and laughed hard all the days of her life! Everything about her life was always on her time right down to her last breath! In the great words of Frank Sinatra
“I DID IT MY WAY” And she certainly did…
Rest in peace our Angel we will love you until the end of time and then some, see you in Heaven.
Calling hours are Saturday, August 14th, 2021 from 3:00-5:00pm immediately followed by her funeral service at 5:00pm at Miller Funeral home located at 301 w. Main Street, Victor, NY 14564. The family asks that all attendees please wear a mask. A gathering of family and friends will follow (location to be announced). Interment will be at a later date in Exeter, RI where she will be laid to rest with her loving husband Lawrence Rafflo.
