“Marge”
Rush: On November 23rd 2021 passed peacefully at home at the age of 95. Marge was predeceased by her loving husband of 70 years Harold “Bud” Weather, her parents Charles and Emma her brothers Carl, Rudolph, Alfred, Frank, Arnold and Herbert. She is survived by her sister Edith Jerzak, her children Jack (Alice) Weather, Christine (John) McCormick and Glenn Weather. Grandchildren Eric (Anne Marie) Weather, Jennifer (Robert) Freese, Courtney (Eric) Schutt, and Margaret McCormick, great grandchildren Katelyn, Robbie, Adam , Brody, Kuyler and Parker Jo.
Marge was a loving, caring and nurturing wife , mother and grandmother and was admired by all who knew her. As a young woman she became an accomplished ballroom dancer and Arthur Murray Dance Instructor. She met her husband Bud, also a dance Instructor, after WWII , and it was love at first dance. Marge was fun, energetic and conscientious. She always wore a smile and her Faith led her way. She loved planning family gatherings and parties and never missed a Birthday. Marge was active in the community with The Rush United Methodist Church the Ingleside Club, the Ikebana Society of Rochester, Great Books Club and the Rush Republican Party where she served as an Election Coordinator for many years. She loved gardening and working in her yard. Marge will forever be remembered for her love of life . Even in her last days Marge was a perpetual source of inspiration and greeted each new day with a smile. Special thanks to Lifetime Hospice and dear friend and aide Bobbi Jo Ingerick who provided Marge great care and love in her final days.
Friends and Family may call MONDAY November 29th from 4-7 at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. (3325 Winton Rd. S.) Where Marge’s Funeral Service will be held at 7 PM. Interment Private.
