Passed away on March 19, 2022, at the age of 63. Predeceased by her mother, Ruth A. Vuolo; step-father, Russell J. Vuolo; father, Raymond H. Corrigan; brother, Phillip M. Corrigan; grandson, Michael White; grandmother, Doris A. Rees; and many aunts, uncles and cousins. Survived by her husband of 30 years, Michael Marrapese; children, Matthew Hill and Josh (Lisa Tran) Hill; grandchildren, Caeden and Finley Hill; step-children, Jenny Marrapese, Melissa (Bill) White, Michael (Lisa) Marrapese and Phillip (Michelle) Marrapese; siblings, Peggy Corrigan, Barb (Paul) Sparrow, Chris (Monica) Corrigan, Ellen Vuolo and Jerry Vuolo; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Colleen was born in Cleveland, Ohio and was raised in Parma Heights, Ohio. She moved to Rochester, New York at the age of 20. She was an energetic and enthusiastic travel agent supported by her colleagues at Whitaker and DePrez Travel Partners in Brighton. She loved her family, friends and colleagues. She was a devout Catholic and an avid world-wide traveler, reader and tennis player. She loved games and puzzles, but most importantly loved being a Grandma to Caeden and Finley.
She bravely fought ALS (amyotrophic lateral sclerosis/Lou Gehrig’s Disease) and raised money for the local chapter of ALS with family, friends and colleagues as The Travelin’ Fools.
Friends may call on WEDNESDAY March 23rd from 4 – 7 PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services, Inc. of Victor (301 W. Main Street in Victor). CLICK HERE for a map to the funeral home.
A Funeral Service will be held on THURSDAY March 24th at 10 AM at the Funeral Home.
Interment to follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
