Eudora Mae Lippa
Age 99, passed peacefully near her home in Henrietta, New York on March 27, 2022. Beloved wife of 26 years of her late husband, Joseph N. Lippa; devoted mother of Karen (Steve) Garmon, Paul Lippa, and Ralph (Marise) Lippa; cherished grandmother of Jennifer (Seth) Davis, Crystal (Luke) Bratcher, Janelle (David) Kuhn, Teresa (Eric) Stolze, Joe (Melissa) Lippa, Scott Garmon, Robert (Jessica) Lippa, and Dana (Tracy) Gentile; loving mother-in-law to Beth Lippa; great-grandmother of 16 great-grandchildren. Dear best friend of Lucile Beck. Treasured by every generation of her family and survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Born December 20, 1922 in Dundee, New York to Crystal and Mason Shaffer, Eudora attended Rochester Institute of Technology prior to becoming a registered dietitian and working at Rush-Henrietta School District for over twenty years. Eudora was a committed member of Christ View United Methodist Church, a loving friend, and a devoted matriarch of her growing family. An animal-lover, Eudora cherished her many fur babies through her long life. An avid cook and baker, she was renowned for her cookies in multiple states. While we mourn her passing, for all who remain, the joy and love she gave us will be remembered forever.
Family and friends are invited to call on Wed., March 30, from 3-6PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services (3325 Winton Rd. S). Her service will be held Thurs., March 31, at 10AM in the funeral home’s chapel. Interment White Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy in memory of Eudora may be made to Lollypop Farms, Rochester, New York.
