Raquel served with me on the Board of Directors of the Fairport-Perinton Chamber of Commerce. She was a trusted friend who made a significant contribution to the organization & community. She also enjoyed playing in a marching band in our annual Fourth of July parade. She will be missed but remembered fondly.

My sincere and heartfelt condolences 🙏.. tho I didn't know her personally, I followed her story in our private Facebook group, 'Cancer is a Mother'... I am fighting the fight too, and found strength with women who share the same hurdles.. May you all find comfort during your time of loss.. and remember all the wonderful times you have had, the memories are something that can never be lost or taken away.. Debbie Danielson, NJ

I will never forget the many discussions/dialogues we had about contractual and legal issues at L3Harris. Raquel loved to dive into the details, it's what made her such a good Contract Manager...but my favorite memory will always be of her dancing on the beach in the middle of the night as our Contracts group walked back to the hotel after Lou's Blues in Melbourne FL. What a beautiful soul, she is dearly missed.

I worked with Raquel at L3Harris and was blessed to keep in touch with her after my retirement 2 1/2 years ago. This is heartbreaking. Sending my deepest sympathy to her family and close friends.

Dear Al and Barb, Ed and I are so sorry to hear of Raquel's passing. She was a wonder mother, daughter and wife and will be missed by everyone who loved her. You have our deepest condolences. Debbie and Ed Masel

I met Raquel in the LiveStrong program at the Pittsford YMCA this summer. She was full of energy and gave everything we did a good try. I remember when we did the TRX ropes she was just full of smiles when she completed an exercise. Our small class will surely miss her.
