Ruth Ann Elmer

Passed away October 24, 2022 at the age of 76.

Predeceased by her parents, Raymond & Helen Jacques; brothers, Lionel, Raymond Jr., Craig, and Steve; sister, Sally Jock. Survived by sons, William (Susan Bushart) Elmer Jr. and Robert (Michelle) Elmer; grandsons, Bradley Elmer and Tyler Bordwell; great granddaughters, McKinley VanCamp and Mia Lafleur; brothers, Randy (Connie) Jacques, David and companion Wanda Tremblay, John (Debbie) Jacques, Brian Jacques, Jeff Jacques, Dennis (Jennifer) Jacques; sisters, Sandra Clookey and companion Stewart White, Deborah Jacques.

Ruth’s Graveside Service will be held FRIDAY, October 28, at 10AM at Palmyra Cemetery (272 Vienna St, Palmyra, NY 14522).
