Moved in next to the Allen family in 1967. My family being new to the neighborhood and to the United States, Mrs Allen and the entire Allen family made us feel very welcome. I’ll always remember Mrs. Allen as a larger than life figure with a booming voice, always ready to share a story or her knowledge of history and facts. She was a dear friend to my mum and dad and wonderful next door neighbor. Cheers to Mrs Allen, may she rest in peace. On behalf of my entire family I my offer my sincerest condolences to Todd, Tom, Judy and Tracey.

I am so sorry for your loss. I was just made aware of her passing. She was such an amazing, amazing amazing woman! My Aunt Barb and my mom, Betty Turner, loved her dearly. I know she will all live on in all of you. You are her legacy. Love, Joyce, George
