Predeceased by his parents, Xuan Pham and Hao Giang. He is survived by his loving wife, Thinh Du; devoted children, Trang Pham, Linh (Duy Dang) Pham and Duan (Thuy Tran) Pham; grandchildren, Douglas Dang, Annie Dang, Vivian Dang, Katelyn Dang and Jolyn Dang; siblings, Van Thanh (So Nguyen) Pham, Tuen (Tuyen Thanh) Pham, Van Tuyet (Thoung Nguyen) Pham, Cuc Pham and Nhung (Chanh Minh) Pham.

Hiep was born in Nha Trang, Vietnam and where he worked as a Naval officer. He enjoyed swimming, ping pong, photography. Hiep was a happy, simple and honest man.

Family and friends are invited to call on FRIDAY from 4-8 PM at Miller Funeral and Cremation Services (3325 Winton Rd. S.). A funeral service will be held SATURDAY, 9 AM at the funeral home. A procession will follow the services to Mt. Hope Crematory.
