Alexis Victor “Terry” Muller III
November 13, 1936 – January 24, 2025

Terry Muller, age 88, passed away peacefully on January 24. Born on November 13, 1936 in Lockport, NY, Terry was the son of Alexis V Muller Jr. and Eleanor (Porter) Muller, and older brother to Peter N Muller.

Terry graduated from De Sales High School in Lockport in 1955 and subsequently received an electronics degree from Erie County (NY) Technical Institute. He worked for over thirty years as an engineer for WACK 1420 Radio in Newark, New York. He left the radio station in 1991 to return to the Lockport area and care for his mother. Terry then lived in his beloved Thousand Islands region on Wellesley Island. Later in life Terry moved closer to his brother and sister-in-law and lived in Geneva and Canandaigua, NY.

Terry was a favorite uncle, both to his familial niece and nephews as well as the children and grandchildren of his close friend Paul Hartman. He was always willing to get on the floor and play games with little ones. He was an avid reader and surrounded himself with books and magazines. He loved to watch and learn more about the ships traveling up and down the St. Lawrence Seaway. Terry was a lifelong Roman Catholic.

He is survived by his brother Peter Muller, sister-in-law Mary (Shimshack) Muller, nephews Mark Muller and spouse Amy Smith, Christopher Muller and spouse Corinne Muller, Sarah Muller-Robbins and spouse Jeff Robbins, and a long list of great nieces and nephews: George, Julia, Arthur, Daniel, Noah, Maria, Theodore, Lily, Caleb and Joshua. In addition, Terry’s memory is cherished by many other relatives and close friends.

Terry’s kindness and affability will be missed by all.
